What’s the difference between the Standard, Premium, and Professional packages?

Can I see all the photos from the session?

Yes. After your session, you’ll receive a web gallery of all the unedited images within 24 hours. From there, you can choose your favourites for retouching (included in your package).

How quickly will I get my final edited images?

Your web gallery is delivered within 24 hours, and final retouched images are typically ready within 7 working days of your selection — often sooner.

What should I wear?

We recommend bringing solid colours, minimal logos, and at least one outfit that feels like “you” on a good day. If you’ve booked Premium or Professional, we’ll help guide outfit choices during the session for variety.

Where does the shoot take place?

Most sessions take place at our studio location in London (details sent upon booking). For team or on-location sessions, we travel to you.

Can you photograph my whole team or company?

Yes — we regularly work with companies of all sizes, from small teams to full departments. Get in touch for a tailored quote based on your needs.

I’m not confident in front of the camera — can you help?

Absolutely. Most of our clients say the same before their shoot! We guide you through posing, angles, and expressions so you look natural, confident, and like your best self — no awkwardness required.

Can I book a shoot for acting or performing arts headshots?

Yes — we regularly shoot portraits for actors, performers, and presenters. Just select the package that suits you best or mention your intended use in the booking notes so we can tailor the shoot.

Do you offer makeup and hair styling?

Yes — both the Premium and Professional packages include full professional hair and makeup. For Standard sessions, this is not included, but you’re welcome to arrive camera-ready.

How do I book?

All packages can be booked online via our Packages page. Full payment for your selected package is required to confirm your session.
