Q: What's the difference between the Standard, Premium, and Pro packages?

Standard (£350) is a focused one-hour session with 2 outfit changes and 4 retouched images. Premium (£550) is a three-hour session with full hair and makeup, 3 outfit changes, and 7 retouched images. Pro (£850) is up to four hours with hair and makeup, 5 outfit changes, and 12 retouched images with priority delivery.

Q: How much does a headshot session cost?

Sessions start at £350 for Standard, £550 for Premium (with hair and makeup), and £850 for Pro. Team and corporate group sessions are quoted on request.

Q: How quickly will I receive my final edited images?

A web gallery is delivered within 24 hours of your shoot (same day for Pro). Pro clients receive priority turnaround of retouched images within 3 working days.

Q: Do you offer hair and makeup?

Yes, both Premium and Pro packages include full professional hair and makeup with Callista Thomas. Standard sessions do not include it by default, but it can be added on request.

Q: I'm not confident in front of the camera, is that a problem?

Not at all, it's the most common thing clients say before their shoot. You are directed through every pose, angle and expression so you look natural, with no experience needed.

Q: Can you photograph my whole team or company?

Yes, from small leadership teams to full department rollouts, either in the Woolwich studio or on site at your office with a consistent lighting and framing setup for the whole team.

Q: Can I book actor or performing arts headshots?

Yes, headshots for actors, performers and presenters are shot regularly, suitable for Spotlight, agents and casting directors, delivered in colour and black & white.

HOW MUCH DOES A HEADSHOT SESSION COST?

Sessions start at £350 for Standard (1 hour, 2 outfit changes, 4 retouched images), £550 for Premium (3 hours, with hair and makeup, 7 retouched images), and £850 for Pro (up to 4 hours, with hair and makeup, 12 retouched images, same-day gallery and priority turnaround). WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?

The studio is at Unit 6A, Block 1, Dockyard Industrial Estate, Woolwich Church Street, London SE18 5PQ — in Woolwich, easily reached on the Elizabeth Line and Overground. Full directions are sent upon booking. On-location shoots are also available on request for Premium and Pro packages.

CAN I SEE ALL THE PHOTOS FROM THE SESSION?

Yes. After your session you'll receive a web gallery of all the unedited images within 24 hours (same day for Pro). From there you choose your favourites for retouching, which are included in your package.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY FINAL EDITED IMAGES?

A web gallery of all images is delivered within 24 hours of your shoot (same day for Pro). Retouched final images follow shortly after, with Pro clients receiving priority turnaround — final retouched images within 3 working days.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Solid colours, minimal patterns and no large logos tend to work best. Bring at least one outfit that feels like you on a good day — and a second that's a little more formal or a little more relaxed, so we have variety to work with. DO YOU OFFER HAIR AND MAKEUP?

Yes — both Premium and Pro packages include full professional hair and makeup with Callista Thomas. For Standard sessions, hair and makeup is not included, but you're welcome to arrive camera-ready. If you'd like to add hair and makeup to a Standard session, get in touch and we can discuss options.

Yes — we regularly shoot headshots for actors, performers and presenters. Our images are suitable for Spotlight, agents and casting directors, and are delivered in both colour and black & white. DO YOU SHOOT ON LOCATION AS WELL AS IN THE STUDIO?
