Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment for your selected package is required to confirm your session.

  • Payment can be made via the packages page or bank transfer.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

  • Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days is subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee.

3. Session Details

  • Please arrive on time. Delayed arrivals may shorten your session.

  • Hair & makeup is included in Premium, Pro and Team packages. Arrive with clean, moisturised skin and dry hair unless otherwise advised.

4. Image Selection & DeliverY

  • You will receive a proof gallery to select your retouched images.

  • Final retouched images are delivered digitally within 7–10 working days of selection.

  • Additional retouched images are available at £30 each.

  • We do not provide RAW file format images.

5. Image Usage

  • You are granted full personal and professional use of your selected, retouched images.

  • We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Retouching

  • Retouching includes basic skin smoothing, light blemish removal, and colour adjustments.

  • More extensive edits may be quoted separately.

7. Studio & Locations

  • Studio address and prep details will be shared once booking is confirmed.

  • On-location shoots may incur travel or setup fees depending on distance and complexity.
