What Makes a Strong Actor Headshot
A strong actor headshot is clear, current and free of distraction. It shows your real casting type — not a heavily edited version of you — with clean lighting, natural expression and a simple background that keeps the focus on your face. We aim for images that look like your true self, no cookie cutter headshots here.
Headshots for Every Stage of Your Career
- Drama school students & graduates building a first portfolio for agent submissions and graduate showcases
- Working actors refreshing their Spotlight profile after a haircut, role change or simply because it's been a year or two
- Presenters and voice artists who need a warm, approachable image for reels, agency pages and pitch decks
- Team and company bookings for drama schools or agencies wanting consistent headshots across a group
Spotlight, Mandy & Casting-Ready Files
Every session is delivered in both colour and black & white, at the resolution and crop casting platforms expect. Files are ready to upload to Spotlight, Mandy or your agency's system without further editing — if a specific platform needs a particular size or format, just let us know before your session.
Packages & Pricing

- Premium — £550. A polished, editorial-quality session with professional hair and makeup, giving you a stronger range of looks and expressions to choose from.

Preparing for Your Session
Bring a mix of simple, solid-coloured tops that reflect the roles you're right for — a jacket, shirt or knitwear works well as a layer to create a second look. Avoid busy patterns and large logos, which pull focus from your face. If you're not confident in front of the camera, that's completely normal — you're directed through every pose and expression, no experience needed.
Our Woolwich Studio
Sessions run from our light-filled studio in Woolwich, SE London, a few minutes from the Elizabeth Line and Overground, with a private green room to change in and a pro makeup station on site. On-location sessions are available by request if you'd prefer to shoot elsewhere.
