Our Woolwich Studio — or Your Office

Our Woolwich studio pairs huge industrial windows and natural light with a full professional lighting setup, so we can shoot anything from soft modern daylight portraits to crisp, classic corporate looks. There's a private green room to prep in, a makeup station, fast WiFi and good coffee — a few minutes from the Elizabeth Line and Overground. Premium and Pro sessions include professional hair and makeup with Callista Thomas, done here in the studio before we shoot. Prefer us to come to you? On-location shoots at your office are available.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions start at £350 for a one-hour Standard shoot. Premium (£550) adds professional hair and makeup, and Pro (£850) is a full half-day session for founders and executives who need a broader image library. Team and company headshot days are quoted separately based on headcount.

  • Yes. We regularly photograph departments and full staff rollouts, either in the Woolwich studio or on location at your office, keeping lighting and framing consistent across everyone. New starters can be added later against the same set-up.

  • Yes, on-location shoots are available across London for individuals and teams.

  • We deliver a square crop sized for LinkedIn alongside a high-resolution version for your website, press or print use, so you don’t need to resize or crop anything yourself.

  • You’ll get a web gallery of all the unedited images within 24 hours of your shoot (same day for Pro). Once you’ve chosen your favourites, retouched images are delivered within 24 hours (3 working days for Pro).

  • Solid colours, minimal patterns and no large logos tend to work best. Bring at least one outfit that feels like you on a good day, and a second, more formal or relaxed option for variety.

  • Yes — Premium and Pro packages include full professional hair and makeup with Callista Thomas. Standard sessions don’t include it by default, but it can be added on request.
